What is Create WOW Summit - Experience 2020?
SocialSurvey is focused on people and relationships, bringing the team together for a common goal: to Create WOW moments for customers, partners and employees. Every year we connect with our growing tribe to celebrate victories and ideate the future of our platform at our Create WOW Summit.
Now in its third year, the Create WOW Summit has become Experience2020. We are now shifting from being primarily a user group conference to an annual Customer Experience (CX) industry event. There will still be plenty of information about SocialSurvey and product roadmap, but we are also expanding its scope this year to cover a broader focus on CX trends, issues, tools, and partnerships.
Who should attend Experience 2020?
Experience2020 is for all Marketing and CX titles interested in advancing in today’s Experience driven world. Attendees include real estate agents, mortgage lenders, insurance agencies, agents and brokers, industry media staff, technology vendors and of course all of our wonderful SocialSurvey clients!

How do I attend the virtual sessions?
Head on over to the Agenda page, right here on the website. You'll see a "Join Broadcast" button beneath each session title which will become active 2 minutes before the session start time.
When a session ends, come right back to the Agenda page and click on the next session.
Will recordings be available after the conference?
Recordings will be available to those who have purchased the All Access Pass.
What is the difference between the General Admissions and the All Access ticket?
The General Admissions ticket will give you access to all sessions throughout the event. The All Access ticket will not only give you access to all sessions, but you will be sent an Experience2020 Swag Box prior to the event as well as have access to on-demand session recordings after the event.
